My jewelry in treasuries

Two of my pieces were recently featured in Etsy treasuries, it was very exciting and they are so beautiful! Thanks to both of the curators :-) Have a look:

Let's Get Ready to Garden!

This has been the coldest, snowiest winter since we've lived in Tennessee. I'm enjoying the heck out of it, yet I find myself yearning for the brightness of Spring. And of course, once Spring is here I'll be missing the snow :-) Gah!!
So to tide myself over, I created this garden-y Etsy Treasury full of things that are sure to make you ready to dig in the soil. Enjoy!

Treasury time again

I was surprised to open the Etsy Treasury and see that new slots were opening in just a minute, and I was able to curate one.....
The theme is Water (since we've had so much of it lately in the form of rain and snow)

Treasury time

Been a while since I made a Treasury on Etsy, just happened to notice an opening tweet by 3squares (who makes awesome jewelry) and was able to grab one!
Check it out.... "Darkness in the Trees".

A Treasury is like curating a small online art gallery for a few days... you pick a theme or color or random items from Etsy that please you. Treasuries 'expire' and then new ones can be made. Great fun!

Faces, big and small

I thought they all looked neat together so I had to take an artsy shot of these faces. The tiny ones were part of a request to simulate the larger face, which is currently in my Etsy shop, on a smaller scale. The big face is 1.75 inches tall, the small faces are 0.5 inch round.
It's funny, I've painted a gazillion faces but somehow I don't always feel I have control over how they turn out.... almost like each has a little personality fighting to show itself.

Maybe I just need a new paintbrush ;-)

Busy busy busy

Work is going well and I've got my hands full, it's great!

Tonight one of my necklaces made the front page of Etsy and that resulted in a bunch of views, a sale right away, and another inquiry on a possible sale - I was so surprised and very happy :-)
